Terms of Service

Welcome to Casa de Flora Bar. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, our reservation flows, our bouquet and event bookings, and any visits to our space at 73 & 75 Washington Street, Bloomfield, NJ. By making a booking or using this site, you agree to these terms.
1. Bookings & Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability. Small-party table reservations (under our large-group threshold) are free of charge and do not require a deposit. Large-group reservations and bouquet add-on sessions require an advance deposit, payable through our Square checkout. A reservation is only fully confirmed once both the booking form and any required deposit are received.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel any reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time with no penalty. Deposits for large-group and bouquet bookings are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed; however, if you cancel at least 7 days in advance we will apply the deposit to a future booking within 90 days at our discretion. No-shows forfeit any deposit. To cancel, reply to your confirmation email or contact us using the details below.
3. Event & Venue Rentals
Event and venue rentals are inquiry-only on the website. After you submit an inquiry, our events team will follow up within 1–2 business days with pricing, availability and a separate venue-rental agreement. The terms of that agreement, not this page, will govern the rental itself.
4. Payments
All payments are processed by Square. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes. By submitting payment information, you authorise the charge specified at checkout.
5. Behaviour in the Space
We reserve the right to refuse service or end a booking at our discretion for unsafe, abusive, harassing or otherwise inappropriate behaviour, or for any conduct that disrupts other guests or staff. In such cases no refund will be issued. Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless agreed in advance.
6. Allergens & Dietary Requirements
Our kitchen handles common allergens. While we make every reasonable effort to accommodate dietary restrictions noted on the booking form, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please advise us of any allergies in advance and speak with a team member on arrival.
7. Photography & Media
Casa de Flora Bar is a frequently photographed space. By entering the premises you acknowledge that photos or video may be taken for our own marketing and social media use. If you would prefer not to appear, please let a staff member know on arrival.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the Casa de Flora and Ritz-Walton Wedding Collection names, logos, photographs and copy — is the property of Casa de Flora Bar or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Third-Party Services
Our site integrates third-party services including Square (payments), our email service provider, and analytics tools. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casa de Flora Bar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, your visit to our space, or the cancellation of a booking. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you make a booking applies to that booking. We will post any changes here and update the date at the top of the page.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Essex County, New Jersey.
