What it is
Bloom & Build is not a summer camp. It is a structured 25-day program where girls aged 10 to 18 learn how to build a brand, manage money, present themselves professionally, and design a real business — taught by Casa de Flora founder Maritza Walton alongside guest experts in beauty, finance, fashion, mental health, and the culinary arts.
Every morning is core curriculum. Every afternoon is hands-on enrichment with a guest instructor. The program closes on August 8th with a public pitch showcase in front of families, mentors, and the Casa de Flora community.

A day in the program
Monday–Friday · 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM · breakfast & lunch included.
Girls begin every day eating together. A thoughtful conversation prompt sparks connection, laughter, and belonging before the learning begins.
Core curriculum led by Maritza and guest professionals. Every session closes with a recap activity so the content sticks.
Another communal meal — social, relaxed, and a chance to decompress before the afternoon.
Hands-on sessions led by vetted guest instructors across creative, wellness, and professional disciplines — a different skill every day.
Five minutes of personal journaling, then a Sister Circle where each girl shares one takeaway. Every voice is heard, every day.

This is not just a program completion. This is a coming-out. These girls walk in on July 7th figuring themselves out — they walk out on August 8th knowing exactly who they are, what they're building, and why they matter.
